Jordan Steele Photography - All Shook Up Cast Photos
Hello, everyone. If you are interested in purchasing prints from your photo session, you can do so in one of two ways:
1) E-mail me and list each photo file name (which is listed above and below each full image in the gallery and begins with "IMG_") along with the size you would like to purchase. I will total your order, and send you an invoice via e-mail. You can then pay me via PayPal with your credit card. (I will send you instructions).
2) You can download and print this form, list the photos you would like (again, the filename is listed at the top and bottom of each photo, and begins with "IMG_" ), in which sizes, and bring it to school to give to Mrs. Steele at rehearsal. Include a check for the total amount of the photos you would like. Make checks payable to Jordan Steele.
All orders placed (and paid) by Friday, February 22, 2008 will have free shipping, as I will be grouping all orders into a single shipment. The photos will be distributed at the musical rehearsal after the photos are received. Any order placed (or paid for) after Friday, February 22 will be placed separately, and therefore will add $5.00 to the order. These orders will be shipped directly to the address you provide (no P.O. Boxes).

A 10% discount is available for orders of 5 or more prints (not counting wallet size).
Please note: You may only purchase pictures of yourself or of your child. You may not order photos of someone else, unless you obtain written permission from the student, and, if they are under the age of 18, their parent or guardian. This signed permission must be included in any order of photos of someone other than you or your child.
